Quote Requests ︾

  • I am always open to quote your project. However, my commissions may not be open if I have more than 10 projects in my current queue. I will gladly add you to my waitlist and provide an estimated completion timeline.
  • To send a quote request, please use the contact page on my website and fill out all fields on the form. In project details, be as specific as you can about your project. The more info you give me, the more I’ll understand what you need, and you will receive an accurate quote.
  • Currently my form cannot handle attachments. On the form or in follow up email, please feel free to link me a folder via dropbox, google drive, or wetransfer of your reference photos. Stick figure, photographic inspirations, or artist drawn character reference will also help me understand the characters and scene you are trying to create.
  • Licensing to print a commission for resale or other licensing can be arranged with royalties or a charge upfront. Please also let me know if this is a corporate level commission.
  • Please also specify if you want your artwork formatted for printing. At this time, I am not currently handling printing, but I will make sure your project is properly formatted for print, such as wrapped canvas which often needs at least 2" of bleed. (See printing section of ToS).

Payment ︾

  • For payment I accept either Paypal or Card/Bank ACH payments via Wave Invoicing. I will send you an invoice after we have discussed all the specifics of your commission, and I am ready to start work.
  • I ask for at least 50% payment upfront for concept/sketch work, then the remaining 50% after project completion.
  • Different payment plans can be discussed ahead of time, are handled case by case, and mainly apply for larger or multiple commission projects.
  • First deposit is due immediately upon invoice reciept. No work will be started nor queue slot officially claimed until first deposit is paid.
  • Final payment is due immediately upon my completion of final proof, usually within 30 days from when invoice was sent.
  • Low resolution files with watermark will be sent as proof of completion. I will only send high resolution files without my watermark when project is paid in full.

Refunds ︾

  • If you wish to cancel, your 50% down payment is refundable as long as I haven't started work.
  • Once the final version of a project is completed, the 50% must be paid and a refund cannot be issued.
  • I will always provide full refunds if there are outstanding delays. However, this is only for a worst case scenario. For example, if I become injured and unable to work. Typically, there will never be delays with commissions since I work on my queue on a daily basis.
  • A project abandoned isn't entitled to a refund. (See communication, line 4).

Communication ︾

  • I will update you with progress on your commission the day I begin work and every day I have progress via my queue, which I keep updated daily.
  • I may ask more questions to clarify specifics as they come up. Sometimes I even stream live on Twitch so I can freely talk with clients as I work.
  • I will send proofs via email for approval at each step, sketch, line art, color, shading and background to make sure you are happy with your piece.
  • A project is placed on hold if I do not receive a reply within 7 business days of my last contact with you. Orders are considered abandoned after 1 month and will need a requote.
  • I am only human, if there is any reason your commission is delayed, I will be upfront with you and discuss a new timeline for completion.

Revisions ︾

  • I allow up to 2 major revisions and unlimited minor revisions at sketch stage of work.
  • Minor revisions and touch ups may also be made for free at final stage.
  • Major revisions past the approved sketch may require a revision charge, but this will be discussed prior to making changes.

Project Delivery ︾

  • I can deliver files as png, jpg, and pdf. Original psd files with layers can also be sent upon request. However, you are asked not to modify the file without prior consent.
  • Once project is fully paid, all high resolution digital artwork will be sent with a link to a temporary folder on Dropbox. One version will be signed for personal use and the other will be watermarked for posting online. This helps protect your art and mine from theft online.

Printing ︾

  • At this time, due to an influx of orders, I will not be handling printing for digital commissions. I can however point you in the right direction of my recommended sources for printing and can reccomend correct bleeds for your work based on your desired print medium.
  • Digital commissions can be printed, at request of the commissioner. This is a separate charge, and it should be specified in your quote what size and kind of print is desired. This is important to dicuss before work is started in order to properly format the piece for printing and request quotes from my printing sources to cover those costs.
  • I have ordered photo print pieces to be framed, wrapped canvas, and other odd medias such as pillows, phone cases, and blankets for previous clients. Its a great way to enjoy my art on more than just a computer screen!
  • I can either direct you to these sources so you can order them yourself, or I can go through the ordering process for you as I have discounts on certain products.

Copyright ︾

  • I retain the rights to my work, including the right to use illustrations as use for advertising unless previously discussed. I may retain rights to use art for prints and merchandise, unless the piece includes a commissioner's character or likeness. Licensing to print a commission for resale or other licensing can be obtained and discussed with either a royalty contract or a charge upfront.
  • Commissions purchased are for your personal use only. Please do not print with intent to resell. Do not claim art as your own and do not remove watermarks or my signature.
  • Watermarked versions of my artwork may be posted on social media with credit and links back to my website or my social media.
  • Do not steal, trace, resell or repost my artwork without my permission.
  • Do not use my work for N/F/Ts. I will never give permission for my art to be used this way.
  • Do not use my work for AI artwork prompts or data scraping. I will never give permission for my art to be used this way.
